1. to get the last ‘N’ digits of a number ‘M’ in base ‘B’we have to simply divide the the number ‘M’ by B^N,
eg: Last 2 digits of a number 16427 (M) in base 10 (B) is obtained by dividing 16427 by 10^2.
2. Average whether taken for 2 objects at a time, or 3 at a time or any number of objects at a time comes out to be the same.
3. In fill up the blanks type quetions,tone of the passage must be given importance. Also see the context being talked about, if its +ve or -ve then the blank can contain +ve or -ve words accordingly.
4. In fill up the blanks type quetions,see whether the subject is singular or plural and then choose the correct option.
eg: most of us like to think we are rational being - incorrect
most of us like to think we are rational beings - correct
5. Any case can be dismissed on ‘Grounds of’ and not ‘Ground of’ lack of evidence.
